FIFOKIT respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you use fifokit.com, the FIFOKIT mobile application, purchase digital products, download resources or sign up for updates.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, purchase details, form submissions, website and app usage data, account information, roster and app settings, financial tool inputs and any information you choose to provide when contacting us.
Accounts and Cloud Sync
FIFOKIT can be used without creating an account. Users may optionally sign in with Google to enable cloud backup and synchronisation across devices.
When signed in, FIFOKIT may store:
- Google account display name
- Email address
- Firebase user ID
- Roster names and roster settings
- Reminder and public holiday settings
- Financial goal information
- Pay calculator inputs
Cloud data is stored using Google Firebase services.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver digital products, send requested downloads, respond to enquiries, improve FIFOKIT, manage customer records, process orders and send updates you have requested.
Third-Party Services
FIFOKIT may use third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play services, Stripe, Airtable, Make, Google Drive, GitHub Pages, email providers and analytics tools to operate the website and mobile application and deliver products.
Analytics and Security
FIFOKIT uses Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve the application.
FIFOKIT also uses Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity to help protect cloud services from unauthorised access and abuse.
Email Communications
If you sign up for updates or request a download, we may email you about FIFOKIT resources, job updates, tools and related products. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Account Deletion
Users can permanently delete their FIFOKIT account and associated cloud data from:
Settings → Account & cloud sync → Delete account
Users who no longer have access to the app can request deletion at:
https://fifokit.com/delete-account
Deleting a FIFOKIT account removes the Firebase account and associated cloud data. Local data stored on the device is retained and can continue to be used offline.
